Updating Customer Details


This tutorial guides you through the process of accessing and editing customer information on ResTech. You’ll start by logging into the site, navigating to the customer section via the sales tab, and using the search feature to find a specific customer. After viewing their details, you’ll have the option to update their information, including their address, ensuring that all records are current and accurate.


1. Navigate to

2. Hover the mouse over “sales” and then Click “View Customers”

3. Click into the search bar labeled “Search Customer Details”.

4. Type any customer information you have to search by.

5. Click the “Submit” button.

6. Click “+ View Customer Details”

7. Expanded Customer Details

8. Click the “Update Customer Information” button

9. Make any edits needed to the customer’s information and then click “Update Address”
