How to Edit User Account


This guide provides a straightforward process for modifying a user account on the Restech admin platform. Begin by logging into the admin portal, then proceed to ‘My Account’. From there, select ‘Edit User Account’ to make changes. It’s important to note that the time zone specified in your user profile affects the timestamps displayed on call/ticket records and reports, so confirm the correct time zone with your manager before making any adjustments.

Tip: This time zone that is set in your user profile will dictate the times that are displayed on any call/ticket records as well as any reports. Make sure to check with your manager to make sure you are using the time zone they want you to.
