How to Cancel a Shipment for an Order

 

This tutorial provides a straightforward process for canceling a shipment for an order using the Restech admin platform. You’ll start by logging into the admin site, then you’ll navigate through the interface to locate the specific customer and order you’re looking for. Once you’ve found the right order, you’ll go through a series of clicks to view the detailed order information, select the product to cancel and execute the cancellation. The guide emphasizes simplicity, with clear directives like “click here” and “hover mouse here,” making it easy to follow.

 

1. Navigate to https://admin.restech.app/

2. Hover the Mouse here.

3. Click on “View Customers”.

4. Click the “Search Customer Details” field.

5. Type the customer name, email, phone, or order number.

6. Click the “Submit” button.

7. Click “+ View Customer Details”

8. Click the product that you would like to cancel the shipment.

9. Click the “Order Action” dropdown.

10. Select the “Cancel Shipment” option and click the “Cancel Shipment” button.
