Viewing Agent Performance

 

This tutorial provides a quick guide on how to review an agent’s performance on the Restech admin portal. By accessing the specified URL, hovering and clicking through the interface to select specific criteria such as date range and agent’s name, and then submitting your choice, you can easily display the performance data you need to evaluate.

 

1. Navigate to https://admin.restech.app/

2. Hover Mouse Here

3. Click “Agent Performance”.

4. Select the date range and the agent’s name.

5. Click the “Submit” button to display the agent’s performance information.
